Welltower® Inc. (NYSE: WELL) seeks an experienced Manager of Seniors Housing Property Accounting to oversee accounting and financial reporting for key areas, including fixed assets and operating expenses.

The role ensures US GAAP compliance, SOX controls, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across the business. You will lead a team of staff accountants, drive process improvements, and support audits and external reporting while ensuring accuracy and data integrity in financial

Formación

• 5+ years corporate or public accounting experience, preferably in real estate/health care/REIT.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting processes for designated areas.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and company policies.
• Lead process improvements and mentor staff accountants.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions.
• Support internal and external audits and external reporting.
