Responsibilities

• Review and prepare financial reports for property owners (income statements, balance sheets).
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and property financing information.
• Oversee accounts payable related to property expenses (utilities, maintenance, vendor invoices).
• Reconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers, and vendor statements; investigate discrepancies.
• Support Community and Regional Managers with operating budgets per property.
• Collaborate with CFO/COO to provide financial insights and guidance.
