Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• CPA license strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial property accounting experience.
• 5-7+ years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and commercial real estate accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Property Accounting professionals.
• Oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
• Review financial statements, ledgers, reconciliations, and reporting packages.
• Ensure strong internal controls, documentation, and process improvements.
• Champion technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Asset Management, and Finance teams.
