CIC Asset Management Inc. is seeking a Senior Property Accounting Manager in Dallas, TX to lead accounting for our portfolio of ~40 multifamily and commercial properties.

You will report to the CFO, supervise a small team, and drive month-end close, financial reporting, and cash reporting while improving processes across the portfolio. You will use RealPage and have exposure to Yardi; the role requires 7+ years in real estate accounting and a CPA-friendly mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including real estate or property management accounting.
• Strong understanding of property-level accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience supervising and developing accounting staff.
• RealPage preferred; Yardi or related experience also considered.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for ~40 properties.
• Supervise and support a team of 3–4 accounting professionals.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures.
• Review financial statements, general ledger entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Oversee property-level cash reporting, lender compliance, internal controls, and liquidity.
