Westmount Realty Group LLC, a Dallas-based commercial real estate firm, seeks a Commercial and Multi-Family Property Accounting Intern Analyst to support project accounting, financial reporting, and partner distributions. Ideal candidates are pursuing an accounting degree with real estate interest and can work 15–30 hours weekly starting January 2027 through December 31, 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an accounting degree with an interest in real estate.
• Experience with Excel and MRI software preferred.
• Part-time internship: 15–30 hours per week; MBA candidates may have higher pay.
• Academic level: rising junior or MBA candidate expected in 2027.

Responsabilités

• Prepare variance analysis utilizing Excel/MRI.
• Assist with the creation of financial reporting packages.
• Learn and complete the full monthly accounting cycle.
• Cash and balance sheet reconciliations.
