Job summary

Onni Group of Companies is seeking an experienced finance leader to partner with the Controller and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting across corporate and supported properties.

This role focuses on accuracy, internal controls, and team development, with responsibilities spanning new property setup, close reconciliations, and collaboration with operations; AI tools may be used per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Four years of Management in Property Management Accounting.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key partner to the Controller/Director across all departmental functions.
• Assist in overseeing financial reporting and accounting deliverables across corporate and supported divisions.
• Review and maintain accuracy of financial data and internal controls within the accounting system.
• Develop team goals, provide training, and ensure accountability.
• Set up new properties in accounting software, ensuring accuracy at acquisition.
• Review and approve closing reconciliations for new acquisitions.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and manage budgets within accounting systems.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to improve accounting procedures and reporting.
• Oversee third‑party applications (e.g., Concur, PayReady, Inflow).
• Provide oversight of India accounting operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
