• 1–2 years of accounting experience in property management or real estate.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Working knowledge of Yardi and advanced Excel.
• Understanding of debits/credits and general ledger accounting.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly close activities and property financial reports.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
• Reconcile bank accounts and GL balances; resolve differences.
• Review property income/expenses for accurate coding.
• Coordinate with related entities and accounting partners.
• Assist with budgets and variance analysis.
• Utilize Yardi and Excel to maintain records and reporting.
• Prepare audit documentation and maintain procedures.
