Job summary

BMA Group Global in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is seeking a junior accountant to support property accounting for a growing real estate portfolio. You will process tenant billing, handle accounts receivable and payable, and assist with monthly closings under supervision.

Candidates should have a degree in accounting or related field, solid Excel skills, and bilingual English/Spanish. Prior bookkeeping or property accounting experience is a plus; familiarity with QuickBooks or Yardi is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Tenant billing and invoicing.
• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
• Bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Recording transactions in QuickBooks.
• Supporting monthly reporting and accounting activities.
• Maintaining accurate records across multiple properties and entities.
