Job summary

PacificWest Asset Management Corporation is seeking a property accountant to support portfolios with deposits, ClickPay reporting, tenant changes, billing statements, and accounts payable workflows. The role involves handling cash receipts, verifying deposits, updating renewals and rent increases, and distributing billing statements after review.

The ideal candidate will have A/R experience, familiarity with Skyline or similar accounting software, and strong skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel,

Qualifications

• A/R experience is required.
• Accounting software experience, preferably Skyline, is required.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel is expected.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Deposit and post cash receipts received in office.
• Run ClickPay reports and verify deposits.
• Enter tenant changes such as renewals and rent increases.
• Print, mail, or email billing statements after review.
