Job summary

CFS is seeking a Property Accountant to own full-cycle accounting for a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate. You will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly statements, partnering with property managers and leadership to drive accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate or property accounting experience.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar real estate accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.
• Oversee AP, AR, lease administration, and CAM reconciliations.
• Partner with property managers and leadership to support financial performance and reporting.
• Assist with property onboarding, process improvements, and accounting system initiatives.
