Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years accounting experience; 2–3 years property accounting in commercial/retail needed.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.
• Demonstrated internal controls and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and produce monthly financial statements and reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for third‑party owners and meet reporting deadlines.
• Maintain detailed balance sheet and income statement schedules; analyze variances.
• Monitor cash positions and anticipate future cash needs; perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Process tenant administration and accounts payable with accurate coding and approvals.
• Assist with year‑end audits and liaise with third‑party auditors.
