Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant in West Valley City, Utah to manage recording of financial transactions and support monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

The role requires collaboration with onsite staff, budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring timely debt service payments and tax funding, with strong Excel and data management skills. Experience with general ledger and tenant ledger is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field or work equivalent.
• Knowledge of Excel and Database management preferable.
• Students who are close to graduation are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Record and analyze financial transactions for designated entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee invoice coding for accuracy and maintain ledger work papers.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
• Coordinate with onsite staff and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure funding for taxes, operations, and capital expenditures; monitor debt service payments.
• Maintain tenant ledger as required by lease agreements.
