Qualifications

• Experience with GL, journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR and month-end close.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Bachelor's degree; experience with AppFolio/Entrata/CYMA.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounting and timely financial reporting of assigned properties.
• Manage month-end close, GL maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Handle AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, and audit support.
• Support audits and provide financial reporting for property portfolio.
• Utilize Yardi for property financial tracking and analytics.
