Invitation Homes, a leading single-family rental REIT, seeks a detail-oriented Property Accountant to maintain GL integrity, support month-end close, and collaborate across the Accounting Department. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Intermediate Excel functionality required.
• Yardi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-volume journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Review balance sheets and income statements for accuracy.
• Support and meet month-end close deadlines.
• Review financial results and provide analysis and insight.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests, including SOX compliance and internal controls documentation.
• Participate in training to increase knowledge of single-family residential business.
