This position is fully onsite at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee financials for real estate entities
2. Manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, and P&L reports
3. Prepare New York City filings including RPIEs, annual rent registrations, etc.
4. Collaborate with leadership on strategic accounting projects

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
2. 3+ years’ real estate accounting experience
3. Proficiency in Yardi and Excel

Salary: $70,000 to $110,000 based on experience.
