Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant to manage the financial accounting for a portfolio of real estate properties, including statements, budgets, and GAAP compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of real estate/property accounting experience, with strong Excel skills; Yardi or similar software preferred. You will review, reconcile, and analyze accounts, prepare tax returns for properties, and provide reporting to management
