Job summary

firstPRO, Inc in Delaware is seeking an experienced Property Accountant to support accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of 70+ commercial and residential properties. This is a 100% onsite role.

You will manage month-end close, journal entries, GL, and reconciliations, and oversee tenant billing, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and audits. The position requires 3–5+ years in property accounting, a BA in Accounting or Finance, and Yardi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of property accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of GAAP, GL accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Complete bank, balance sheet, and CAM reconciliations.
• Manage tenant billing and property-related accounting.
• Assist with property budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Support year-end audits and financial reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and other property-level accounting.
