The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced with urban property management, and capable of close coordination with property management teams. Onsite training leads to a hybrid schedule after ramp-up.

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join their accounting team and support a high-volume portfolio of properties. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong background in property management accounting, including both cash and accrual accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. The successful candidate will have experience managing accounting responsibilities for 20–25 properties and will be highly proficient in budgeting and financial analysis.
This position will be onsite 5 days per week during the initial training period. Once fully trained and integrated into the role, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite per week at the company's Midtown Manhattan location near 53rd Street and 3rd Avenue.
