Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Property Accountant in Indiana to manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of about 20 properties. You will perform month-end closes, reconciliations, and manage AP/AR and CAM reporting in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

The role offers mentorship, exposure to senior accounting leadership, and a hybrid work model after training, with a growth trajectory toward senior property accounting in a growing real estate-focused company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, AP, and AR.
• Property management, real estate accounting, or Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of approximately 20 properties
• Perform month-end close activities and account reconciliations
• Process AP invoices and manage tenant receivables
• Handle CAM reporting and lease administration
• Assist with tenant billing inquiries and account maintenance
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting schedules
