Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) at a U.S. Army site seeks a Property Administrator to manage GFP and CAP, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance and coordinating with PBO, COR, and DCMA. You will handle project records, inventories, and reporting within PIEE.

The role requires 3–5 years in property/logistics, DoD systems experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field. Military experience is a plus, with on-site duties at Fort Drum, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent military experience acceptable.
• 3–5 years in property management, supply, or logistics (Army contractor or military experience strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with PIEE, WAWF, GFP Module, and other Army property systems.
• Knowledge of FAR 45, DFARS 245, AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate records of GFP and CAP.
• Audit readiness and liaison with PBO, COR, and DCMA Property Administrators.
• Manage PIEE property records and reporting; support contractor staff in PIEE usage.
• Prepare and submit required property management reports and assist in audits.
