Job summary

Akima Global Logistics seeks a Property Administrator to manage U.S. Government property accountability at a contractor-operated Army site.

You will maintain GFP/CAP records, ensure compliance with FAR 45, DFARS, and ARs, and use PIEE for reporting and contract property administration. You will serve as the focal point for property accountability, interfacing with PBO, COR, and DCMA Property Administrators, while supporting audits and ongoing process improvements in a demanding, on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent military experience.
• 3–5 years in property management, supply, or logistics (Army contractor or military experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with PIEE, WAWF, GFP Module, and other Army property systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate records of Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP).
• Ensure accountability, utilization, and disposition of property per FAR 45 and Army regulations.
• Conduct regular property inventories and reconcile discrepancies; prepare adjustment documentation.
