Qualifications

• 5+ years in DoD property accountability, equipment management, or property book operations.
• 2+ years in property management, supply, inventory control, or related administrative/management work.
• Experience with Navy ERP or DoD property systems; advanced Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of Government property accountability requirements.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally move about.
• Must pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant and minor property asset records in Navy ERP.
• Review acquisition, transfer, modification, and disposal requests; document approvals.
• Administer self-verification, physical inventory, tagging, and missing-asset reporting.
• Track Capital Improvement Project assets and review related financial records.
• Analyze property data, prepare monthly metrics, and recommend corrections.
• Prepare turn-in documents and supporting records for audit readiness.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
