Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Midlevel Property Management Logistician to support NSWC property accountability across DPS-PA, DPS-WM, and related APSR functions. You will help establish inventory plans, verify APSR transactions, and coordinate with FleetFocus/COLTS systems while delivering on-the-job training and creating SOPs.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years' experience providing logistics support to users of major government systems and/or logistics operations.
• Three (3) years' experience with APSR peripheral equipment (HHTs, scanners, signature pads, printers).
• Three (3) years' experience with WebFLIS, SOCOM Catalog Request Module (SOCM), EMI, FED LOG.
• Two (2) years' experience with requisitions and troubleshooting within government Logistics IT systems.
• Two (2) years' experience with DPAS ICP, MFP-2/MFP-11 equipment handling.
• Two (2) years' experience managing OM&S, GE, and DoD property accountability requirements.
• One (1) year experience assisting in developing business processes to support APSR capabilities.
• One (1) year experience using DPAS to support data calls and develop dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing monthly, quarterly, yearly, and spot inventory plans.
• Collaborate with N4/N41 to identify assets meeting accountable property criteria.
• Assist in documenting property management processes and audit requirements.
• Assist in implementing force-wide property policies and local procedures.
• Create SOPs to improve compliance with NSWC policies.
• Provide SME support for APSR/DPAS data extractions and reporting (Excel, Word, Power BI).
• Assist in data verification of APSR transactions (DPAS-PA, DPAS-WM, DPAS-WMA, DPAS-ICP).
• Support transition of data between APSR and NSWC commodity IT systems (FleetFocus, COLTS).
• Support training on APSR usage, reporting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Conduct OJT training for APSR transactions and reports.
