Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is hiring Transport Drivers to operate a tanker truck (11,400 gallon capacity) and deliver propane to AmeriGas facilities. Expect 4–5 pickups/deliveries per day, ~500 miles daily, up to 14 hours, with loading/unloading time.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required with tanker experience.

• Safe driving record with minimal violations in recent years.

Responsibilities

• Drive tanker to pick up propane and deliver to AmeriGas facilities.
• Load/unload propane using hoses, with 45 minutes for loading/unloading per stop.
• Perform twice daily truck inspections and check gauges at bulk tanks.
• Operate in routes with up to ~500 miles per day and long hours.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain vehicle and equipment.
