Job summary

CHS Northwest in Yelm, WA is seeking a self-motivated Operations Specialist to support our refurbishing plant. You will perform warehouse duties including loading/unloading, palletizing, order picking and documentation, while operating forklifts and related equipment in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.

Responsibilities emphasize inventory control, FIFO practices, proper inspections, basic preventative maintenance, and adherence to plant safety rules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Warehouse Operations
• Must meet minimum age requirement

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading/unloading, moving pallets, palletizing, order picking and documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow procedures and regulations
• Operate equipment for loading/unloading (end loader, forklift, skid loader) and conduct pre‑load inspections
