Job summary

CHS Northwest is seeking a motivated individual to join our refurbishing plant in Yelm, WA as an Operations Specialist. You will restore used propane tanks, operate forklifts and power tools, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced industrial setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on duties, inventory control, and coordination with maintenance staff. Prior warehouse experience and a willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trailers, move pallets, pick orders, and complete documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area per procedures.
• Operate equipment including end loader, forklift, and skid loader.
• Inspect trucks/railcars before loading with product.
• Assist with basic maintenance and follow food safety rules.
