Job summary

Superior Plus Propane, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Technician for our Palmer, MA location. This role involves propane service, tank installation, leak checks, and responding to customer needs with a focus on safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of propane/oil service experience, a High School Diploma, and a CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsement if possible. OT opportunities and on-call incentives are available.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years propane/oil service preferred
• HVAC experience is a plus
• CDL class A or B with Hazmat/Tanker endorsement preferred

Responsibilities

• Propane service and tank installation at customer sites
• Identify and fix leaks from tank to equipment connection
• Respond to customer emergencies as needed
• Rotate on-call status during evenings/weekends as required
• Perform tank maintenance and prep spare tanks for service
• Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations
• Assist with bobtail truck deliveries when needed
• Communicate with Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales, drivers and customers
