Job summary

Superior Plus Propane in Ashburnham, MA is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. You will perform propane service, tank installations, and respond to customer emergencies, with on-call rotations as needed.

The role requires 2-3 years propane gas/oil service preferred; Massachusetts Gas Fitter's License is required, CDL is preferred, and NH license is a plus. The hourly rate ranges with experience, offering a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Gas Fitter's License required.
• NH Gas Fitter's License preferred.
• CDL Class A or B, or willingness to obtain within first year.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; we do not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Propane service and tank installation.
• Identify and correct leaks from the tank to equipment connection.
• Respond to customer emergencies as needed.
• Rotate on-call status during evenings and weekends.
• Perform tank maintenance and spare tanks prep for service.
• Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations.
• Cross-trained to assist with bobtail truck propane deliveries as needed.
• Communicate proactively with Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers.
