Windmill Propane in Visalia, CA, is seeking a Service Technician to install propane tanks and related equipment, ensuring compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations. This hands-on role keeps homes, farms, and businesses powered safely.

You’ll complete licensing and ongoing training, perform DVIRs, and maintain service orders and documentation. This position requires a Class A or B CDL, tanker/Hazmat endorsements (or ability to obtain), and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs in varied

Qualifications

• CDL is required (Class A or B).
• Endorsements for Tanker and Hazmat or ability to obtain quickly.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install propane tanks and equipment per NFPA rules and state/local regulations.
• Complete required state licensing and ongoing training.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain the truck.
• Process service orders, documentation, and parts billing daily.
• Provide seasonal delivery support as needed.
• Report safety concerns to the General Manager immediately.
• Work in varied outdoor conditions and participate in on-call rotation.
