Job summary

Dead River Company is seeking a Service Technician in Maine to install, repair, and service residential and commercial propane and/or oil burner equipment while delivering high levels of customer service. You will act as an ambassador, maintaining customer property and upholding our Brand Promise.

The role involves safety-first work, on-call duties, and ensuring accurate records of parts and labor; licensing requirements include Maine Oil Burner and Propane/Natural Gas licenses with CETP/PEP

Qualifications

Three or more years of oil and/or propane service experience.
Successful completion of oil burner and/or propane training; CETP/PEP programs desirable.
Must possess Maine licenses and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment per codes and policies.
Perform efficiency tests, tune-ups, and service inspections.
Record parts and labor for service calls per procedures.
Participate in night and weekend on-call schedule.
