Qualifications

• Experience with installation, maintenance, and repairs of residential and commercial oil and/or propane heating equipment.
• Ability to work without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair oil and/or propane heating systems in accordance with codes and company policies.
• Perform efficiency tests, tune-ups, and contract service inspections.
• Eliminate call-backs and reduce liability by ensuring safe and accurate work.
• Promote the company and advise customers on best options for needs.
• Maintain neat, orderly service vehicle and ensure tools are in safe operating condition.
• Record parts and labor for service calls and track inventories.
• Participate in night and weekend on-call schedule.
• Report accidents, spills, and liability claims.
