Job summary

Pinnacle Propane, LLC is seeking a dynamic Bulk Propane Driver and Technician in Lawrence, Kansas. The hybrid role combines delivery duties with service tech responsibilities to install, maintain, and repair propane systems for residential and commercial customers.

The ideal candidate will be safety‑oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently in the field with flexibility for after‑hours calls and on‑call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year of propane service, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, utility, or related field experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• CDL Class B with Tanker Endorsement or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and remove propane tanks, cylinders, regulators, piping, and related equipment.
• Safely load and deliver propane via bobtail truck to residential and commercial locations.
• Perform gas leak tests, safety inspections, and ensure compliance with codes.
• Educate customers on safe propane usage and system maintenance.
• Respond to emergency service calls and maintain professional customer relations.
