Job summary

Pinnacle Propane, LLC in Illinois seeks a Bulk Propane Driver and Technician to join our growing team. This hybrid field role blends propane delivery with service, installation, and maintenance of tanks and appliances for residential and commercial customers.

You will operate a bobtail truck, perform safety checks, leak tests, and routine preventive maintenance, while delivering exceptional customer service and complying with DOT and safety regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
CDL Class B with Tanker Endorsement or the ability to obtain.
Hazmat Endorsement or ability to obtain.
Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

Deliver propane safely via bobtail truck to residential and commercial sites.
Install, maintain, and repair propane tanks, lines, and appliances.
Perform leak tests, pressure tests, and safety inspections.
Respond to customer emergencies following safety procedures.
Complete work orders and documentation electronically.
Educate customers on safe propane usage and system maintenance.
