Ideal candidates will have a CDL, knowledge of propane systems, and a willingness to obtain NM LP-3 and NM Class 5 certifications within 12 months. On-call rotation and outdoor work are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A or B with Hazmat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements required.
• Ability to obtain NM LP-3 propane certification within twelve (12) months of employment.
• Ability to obtain the NM Class 5 (service and installation) certification within twelve (12) months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Travels to customers' homes and places of business.
• Delivers propane and refined fuels to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers.
• Performs DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintains delivery records.
• Installs tanks, regulators, and gas lines for new customers.
• Diagnoses and repairs propane equipment such as furnaces and water heaters.
