Job summary

AmeriGas Propane is hiring a Dock Worker to operate in the outside dock area, unloading cylinders from trucks and transporting them to the refill station. You will fill and re-stack cylinders for the next day’s deliveries, and assist with cylinder maintenance and customer guidance on dispensing propane.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in manufacturing preferred. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a pathway for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ work experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload empty propane cylinders from trucks and carry them to the refill station.
• Refill cylinders and move filled cylinders back to the dock for loading onto trucks.
• Assist with cylinder repair/maintenance and customer training on dispensing propane.
