Job summary

AmeriGas Dock Worker position involves unloading empty propane cylinders from trucks, transporting them to the refill station, and refilling cylinders for daily delivery. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, walking/standing for long periods, and operating safely in an outdoor dock area.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred, and be able to perform physical tasks including climbing and lifting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform prolonged physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unload empty propane cylinders from trucks and move them to refill area.
• Refill cylinders and move filled cylinders back for delivery.
• Assist with cylinder repair/maintenance and vendor/customer training as needed.
• Handle refills for walk-in customers and maintain dock area safety.
