Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and provide drivers with instructions based on urgency.
• Review routes, monitor and adjust deliveries to ensure timely service.
• Ensure deliveries are dispatched and completed.
• Document all customer accounts encountered.
• Communicate with Dispatchers, Drivers, Technicians, Managers and other departments.
