PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Achieves safe delivery of energy products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Maintains customer retention through effective communication and account management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Works with other sales staff to increase sales of energy products.
2. Responds to customer complaints and ensures satisfactory resolution.
3. Delivers propane accessories and may also deliver fuel products as needed, exceeding customer and company expectations.
4. Updates management on all customer communications related to business.
5. Monitors and controls product shrink according to company policy.
6. Ensures all delivery equipment is safe, maintains daily inspection and HOS records.
7. Supports the company's credit policy by checking credit history before delivery and explaining policies to new customers.
8. Performs routine service on customer tank systems as needed, following company guidelines.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Maintains cleanliness and proper upkeep of equipment, bulk plant area, and office to promote a positive image.
2. Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct, Environmental Health and Safety policies, OSHA, DOT, and other applicable procedures.
3. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3+ years of truck driving or bulk delivery experience.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes, hazmat, and tanker endorsements; valid medical card required.
• Demonstrates business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
• Availability for scheduled deliveries during weekdays, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and at heights or elevated platforms.
• Willingness to participate in required training related to company policies and position requirements.
• Employment contingent upon background check, drug test, motor vehicle report, and references, as applicable.
