Propane Delivery Specialist - Insight FS - Wautoma, WI

Join us as a Propane Delivery Specialist at Insight FS in Wautoma, WI. This role involves the safe delivery of energy products, exceeding customer expectations through effective communication and account management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to increase energy product sales.
• Respond to customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Efficiently deliver propane accessories and fuel products as needed.
• Maintain communication with management regarding customer interactions.
• Monitor and control product shrink according to company policy.
• Ensure all delivery equipment is safe and well-maintained; keep inspection and HOS records.
• Check customer credit histories and explain credit policies to new customers.
• Perform routine service on customer tank systems as required.

Additional Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of equipment, bulk plant, and office areas.
• Adhere to GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct, safety policies, and environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of truck driving or bulk transport delivery experience.
• Class A or B CDL with air brakes, hazmat, and tanker endorsements; valid medical card.
• Strong business, communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.
• Availability for scheduled deliveries during weekdays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and at heights.
• Willingness to participate in necessary training programs.
