PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Achieves safe delivery of energy products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Builds customer retention through effective communication and account management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Collaborates with sales team to increase energy product sales.
• Responds to customer complaints and ensures satisfactory resolution.
• Delivers propane accessories and fuel products as needed, exceeding customer expectations.
• Communicates all customer interactions to management.
• Monitors and controls product shrink according to company policy.
• Ensures delivery equipment is safe, maintains inspection and HOS records.
• Checks customer credit before delivery, explains policies to new customers.
• Performs routine service on customer tanks as per guidelines.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of equipment, bulk plant, and office areas.
• Adheres to GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct, Environmental Health and Safety policies, OSHA, DOT regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3+ years truck driving or bulk transport experience.
• Class A or B CDL with air brakes, hazmat, tanker endorsements, and a valid medical card.
• Demonstrates business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
• Available for scheduled deliveries, including nights and weekends.
• Works in extreme weather conditions, at heights or elevated platforms.
• Willing to participate in required training on policies and procedures.
