Job summary

Central Farm Service in Minnesota seeks a propane delivery driver to accurately deliver propane and related products, install and service tanks and systems, and provide outstanding customer service. The role requires a CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will complete invoices promptly, educate customers on safe propane usage, and maintain equipment while upholding company safety policies.

Qualifications

• One year relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently as needed.
• Maintain CDL with hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements, and a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Accurately deliver propane and related products to customers safely.
• Complete invoices and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain good customer relations through professional service.
• Comply with federal/state DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Install, inspect, and service propane tanks and equipment.
• Educate customers on safe use of propane and appliances.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance.
• Keep equipment clean and in good working condition.
