Responsibilities

  • Organization: Maintain an organized inventory of all props, ensuring they are easily accessible during rehearsals and shoots.
  • Maintenance: Inspect and repair props as needed to ensure they remain in good condition throughout production.
  • Logistics: Manage the transportation of props to and from set locations, ensuring timely delivery for filming schedules.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the director, set designers, and other departments to understand the prop needs and how they fit into the production design.
  • Accounts Management: Keep detailed records of all props, including their status, condition, and associated costs, ensuring accurate tracking for budget purposes.
