Job Description
As a Microsoft Co-Pilot Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that integrate with Microsoft Co-Pilot. You will focus on enabling smart automation through accurate data labeling and development, while also providing the best Co-Pilot recommendations and practices to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Microsoft Co-Pilot solutions for various business applications.
- Lead efforts in data labeling to ensure high-quality training data for AI models within the Co-Pilot environment.
- Develop and customize Co-Pilot functionality to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide Co-Pilot best practice recommendations to improve AI-assisted workflows, user productivity, and automation capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and fine-tune AI model performance based on user feedback and data insights to optimize Co-Pilot’s recommendations.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and refining Co-Pilot features to enhance efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Co-Pilot features, updates, and trends to incorporate the best solutions for the company’s needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in business processes, providing tailored Co-Pilot solutions.
- Document processes, configurations, and recommendations to maintain clarity and enable scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in data labeling, training, and working with AI/ML models.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Co-Pilot, Power Platform, or similar AI-driven tools.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with AI/ML model development, training pipelines, and data preparation techniques.
- Solid understanding of automation, business process optimization, and the role of AI in enhancing operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and improve AI functionalities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional Microsoft tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, or Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, specifically Azure AI services and data management.
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure or other relevant AI/ML platforms.
