Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering, prompt optimization, testing, and AI workflow development.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how AI can enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Experience delivering user training, enablement programs, workshops, office hours, or coaching initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI capabilities.
• Coach employees and business leaders on how to effectively leverage Copilot within their daily workflows.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, team workshops, office hours, and hands-on training programs.
• Drive user adoption through practical demonstrations, success stories, and productivity-focused use cases.
• Provide ongoing guidance on AI best practices, governance, and responsible usage.
