Job summary

Pressrun is seeking a prompt engineer to design and maintain systems for content generation and optimization in a fast-paced publishing environment. You will build evaluation frameworks to measure prompt quality, brand alignment, and consistency across products.

Collaboration with editorial teams will capture judgment in systematic prompt design, while experiments will aim to improve output quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with large language models in a production environment.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering patterns: chain-of-thought, few-shot, structured output.
• Experience building and maintaining prompt evaluation and testing frameworks.
• Strong writing ability — editorial taste to judge AI output quality.
• Analytical mindset with experience running structured experiments.
• Familiarity with multiple LLM providers and their relative strengths.
