Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated Lead Securities Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Lead Securities Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Securities Operations department supporting critical trade lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem‑solving, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Prompt Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Project

• Driving a CoPilot initiative to be put in place in their contact center teams
• This will have a high level of impact
• The initiative HenHub (?) – the structure here will be used to deploy enterprise‑wise
• Low level RAG system that will be built out
• Will be a neat and consolidated format

Looking For

• CoPilot SME - Must have a CoPilot expertise – structured within CoPilot
• AI prompt engineering
• Connect with the groups to build it out
• Lead the project and drive the date
• Need to understand the terminology, what the system needs, what the master prompts will need to be built out, etc.
• Must have strong communication skills and project management skills
• Must have great time management skills, need to be able to manage their time and the groups time
• 3 Key Elements: Co‑Pilot, Teams, and Excel
• Would like them to come from a FinTech background so they understand the terminology, but not required especially if they have the Co‑Pilot SME background would consider

Day to Day

• Will be a lot of rinse and repeat (they will be reusing the same meeting agenda, master prompts, etc. from group to group)
• Going vertical to vertical
  • Go through what is needed for the data sets, files
  • Structure it out
  • Testing
