Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Copilot Engineer for a 24+ month contract with hybrid work. The role involves defining product requirements and hands-on Copilot development, including creating skills and agents and leveraging Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product requirements for Copilot and prompts.

• Develop agents and creators within Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and clients.
• Coordinate with Technology, Sales, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Copilot Engineer. This is a 24+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid).

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product requirements – enabling developers use Copilot & Prompt Engineering
• Hands on experience using copilot for instructions, prompts, skills and agents.
• Hands on experience in agentic development.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, App Developers, product owners and clients in development of solution
• Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement – Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Technology, Sales, Client Education, Finance and Legal
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Primary Skill- Software Development using copilot, Creating Skills and Agents in copilot, Copilot Studio
• Typically requires minimum of 3+ years of Industry experience.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree is required
• Be a subject matter expert in all aspects of your products (Mobile Applications). This includes deep understanding of the Mobile Frameworks, technical aspects of each product and the underlying data used.
• Deep understanding of Copilot & Prompt Engineer is a Must
• 3+years of experience on AI Tools (copilot)
• Hands on experience in designing and building applications using copilot.
