Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a talented Copilot Engineer for a 24+ month contract in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). The role focuses on defining product requirements and enabling developers to leverage Copilot and Prompt Engineering.

The candidate should have 3+ years in software development, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong experience with Copilot, prompt engineering, and creating skills/agents. This is a banking/financial industry contract opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Deep understanding of Copilot and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience building apps with Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product requirements—enabling developers use Copilot & Prompt Engineering.
• Hands on experience using Copilot for instructions, prompts, skills and agents.
• Hands on experience in agentic development.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, App Developers, product owners and clients in development of solution
• Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement – Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Technology, Sales, Client Education, Finance and Legal
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams

Immediate need for a talented Copilot Engineer. This is a 24+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid).

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product requirements – enabling developers use Copilot & Prompt Engineering
• Hands on experience using copilot for instructions, prompts, skills and agents.
• Hands on experience in agentic development.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, App Developers, product owners and clients in development of solution
• Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement – Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Technology, Sales, Client Education, Finance and Legal

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Primary Skill- Software Development using copilot, Creating Skills and Agents in copilot, Copilot Studio
• Typically requires minimum of 3+ years of Industry experience.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree is required
• Be a subject matter expert in all aspects of your products (Mobile Applications). This includes deep understanding of the Mobile Frameworks, technical aspects of each product and the underlying data used.
• Deep understanding of Copilot & Prompt Engineer is a Must
• 3+years of experience on AI Tools (copilot)
• Hands on experience in designing and building applications using copilot.
