Job summary

Valley Settlement is seeking a Promotora Coordinator who will plan, coordinate, and oversee operations to provide high-quality services to families. You will lead training for staff, manage referrals, and maintain partnership relations with community resources to support program objectives.

The role reports to the Family & Community Support Manager and requires adapting to programming needs, with evening and weekend availability as needed. Compensation ranges hourly based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bilingual or Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in health and human services is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee Promotora operations to support families.
• Train staff in referral processes and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain referral records and reporting to supervisor.
• Engage with community partners and attend meetings.
• Ensure confidential spaces and participant safety.
