Job summary

Audacy VA Beach-Norfolk is seeking a Promotions Assistant for a part-time, hybrid role. You’ll support on-site events, assist with promotions, and help manage contests, coordinating with listeners and clients in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a positive attitude, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is often required as part of our promotions calendar.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site promotional events and coordinate/manage clients and listeners on-site.
• Set up, break down, and transport promotional event equipment as required.
• Set up and run audio and other types of equipment during an event.
• Hang banners and other staging elements at events.
• Record events (photos, videos, and audio) for social media and event recaps.
• Fulfill winner releases and waivers when needed.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles; attend mandatory meetings; work weekends/holidays; 18+; may have short notice shifts.
